1. Submit a Tattoo Inquiry: Share your idea, placement, size, and any reference images that help explain what you’re looking for.
2. Review & Response: I review inquiries regularly and do my best to reply as soon as I can. If your project is a good fit, I’ll follow up via email with availability, pricing, and next steps.
3. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. This goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.
4. Design & Tattoo Day: Designs are created specifically for you. Final details are typically handled closer to your appointment date. I do not send design previews ahead of time — any adjustments or changes are made together before starting the tattoo.

• I work by appointment and also take walk-ins or last-minute bookings when availability allows.
• Appointments are prioritized and handled in the order they are booked.
• Email is my primary form of communication and the best way to reach me regarding inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
• If there’s an urgent matter and you need to reach me quickly, you can contact me via Facebook.
• Response times depend on workload, but I do my best to reply as soon as I can.

When you book a tattoo appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Please schedule your appointment on a day and time that you are fully committed to. Tattoo appointments should be treated as a firm commitment, similar to scheduling time off work or arranging other important obligations.

Last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows have a direct impact on my schedule and other clients waiting for appointments, and they are taken very seriously.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to three times with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit (if one was paid).

No call / no shows, repeated last-minute cancellations, or failure to respect appointment times may result in loss of the ability to book future appointments.

Arriving more than 20 minutes late without contacting the artist will be considered a no call / no show.

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment and will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable.
